# SuperTyme > SuperTyme is freight software for the Philippines: a trucking marketplace (Truck Connect), shipper, carrier, and warehouse apps, fleet and route planning priced on the customer's own rate matrix, and an API, SDK, and MCP server. Driving Auto-Commerce to New Heights. Facts: - Built for Philippine road rules: MMDA and LGU truck-ban hours, RO-RO ferry legs inside one booking, Coast Guard sailing suspensions, PAGASA wind signals, expressway tolls, and peso settlement. - One shipment record is shared by every app, from posting through delivery, proof of delivery (ePOD), and payout. - Carriers are paid to a bank account or e-wallet when the consignee signs the ePOD. Shippers pay by GCash, Maya, card, or bank transfer. - Route optimization is a solver, not a language model. AI drafts and suggests; a person approves anything that books a truck or moves money. - SuperTyme has no published customers or performance figures yet; anything shown as an example on the site is labelled as sample. ## Products - [Truck Connect](https://supertyme.com/products/truck-connect): Post the load once, compare bids from verified owner-operators and fleets, then book the one you want. For manufacturers, distributors, online sellers. - [Carrier](https://supertyme.com/products/carrier): Run your trucks and drivers from a phone, and get paid when the consignee signs. For owner-operators and fleets. - [Warehouse](https://supertyme.com/products/warehouse): Give each inbound truck a dock slot before it leaves the origin, and count stock against what it actually delivered. For warehouse and cross-dock operators. - [Fleet & Route Planning](https://supertyme.com/products/route-planning): Turns a day of orders into a dispatch plan priced on your own rate matrix, with every stop inside its window. For planners and dispatchers. - [API, SDK & MCP](https://supertyme.com/products/api): Anything the apps can do, the API can do, and AI agents get the same access through MCP. For engineering teams and ai agents. ## Questions - What is Truck Connect? A trucking marketplace for the Philippines. A shipper posts a load once with its stops, time windows, cargo, and accepted truck types; verified owner-operators and fleets bid; the shipper compares the bids and books one. - Who can bid on loads? Only carriers whose company and at least one truck are verified, with documents such as the OR/CR, the LTFRB franchise or CPC where it applies, and cargo insurance. Unverified carriers see the lane and date but not the details. - How are MMDA and LGU truck bans handled? When you post, each stop is checked against the ban rules for its area and your truck types. A conflict shows the rule, its hours, and the earliest window that clears it. The road between stops is checked when Fleet & Route Planning builds the route. - Does Truck Connect show a market rate? No. You see the bids carriers actually place. SuperTyme does not publish a rate for a lane until enough real bookings on that lane exist to base it on. - Can a carrier offer a return trip? Yes. A carrier heading home empty lists the return capacity with a return-trip rate. Shippers on that lane see it labelled Return trip and can ask to book it. - What does the Shipper app do? It books full and part loads on your contract lanes or on Truck Connect, follows each one across road and RO-RO legs on one timeline, and closes it with an ePOD signed by the consignee. - How do shippers pay? By GCash, Maya, card, or bank transfer through InstaPay or PESONet. Each month you get a statement of account. - What is an ePOD? An electronic proof of delivery captured on the driver's phone: the consignee's name and signature, photos, a one-time code the consignee reads to the driver, and the time and position of the handover. - Can my customer track the delivery? Yes. Share a read-only link that shows the status, the ETA, and the area name only. It never shows the driver's number or exact position, and it stops working 24 hours after delivery or when you revoke it. - What if a delivery is short or damaged? Open a dispute on the booking within 72 hours of delivery. The delivery photos attach on their own, and the carrier can answer with its own evidence. - When do carriers get paid? The payout to your bank or e-wallet starts when the consignee signs the ePOD. Some payouts wait for a check first, such as the first payout to a new account; the app shows the reason. - Does it cost anything to join? No. Verification and bidding are free. A fee is taken from each completed job's payout; see Pricing. - Does the driver app work without signal? Yes. Drivers record arrival, loading, delivery, and the ePOD offline. The phone keeps the steps in order with their original times and sends them when signal returns. - Which documents does verification need? SEC or DTI and BIR registration for the company, and per truck the OR/CR, the LTFRB franchise or CPC where it applies, cargo insurance, and photos. You are reminded 30, 7, and 1 days before a document expires. - How do dock appointments work? Each inbound booking asks for a slot at your site. You confirm it, or it confirms itself when your site allows that and a fitting dock is free. The slot follows the truck's live ETA. - What happens when a truck runs late? When the ETA moves more than 30 minutes outside the slot, the appointment is flagged and the next fitting slot is proposed to you. - Can we count stock against what was delivered? Yes. Each line is counted at the door against the shipment and its ePOD, and any difference is recorded with a reason. - How does Fleet & Route Planning price a plan? On your own rate matrix: the lane rate per truck type, extra drops, a fuel adjustment against a reference diesel price, and expressway tolls by vehicle class, each as its own cost line. - Does it respect truck bans and time windows? Yes. MMDA and LGU ban hours and each stop's pick-up and drop-off windows are hard rules. An order that cannot meet them is listed as not planned, with the reason. - Is the planner AI? It is an optimization solver, not a language model. The same input and seed give the same plan, and a separate validator checks every plan before you can export or dispatch it. - Can it plan RO-RO crossings? Yes, on scheduled sailings with their port cut-off times. A suspended sailing is never used. - Can we connect our ERP or WMS? Yes, through a versioned REST API, a TypeScript SDK generated from the API schema, and signed webhooks for events such as a booked load, a truck at the dock, or a signed ePOD. - Can AI agents use SuperTyme? Yes, through the MCP server with an agent key. Agents can read and draft. A person approves anything that publishes a load, books a truck, or moves money. - How are webhooks secured? Each delivery is signed with your endpoint's secret using HMAC-SHA256, so your system can check it came from SuperTyme. Failed deliveries are retried for 24 hours. ## Company - [Pricing](https://supertyme.com/pricing): fees, plans, and common billing questions. - [Apply as a carrier](https://supertyme.com/carriers/apply): for owner-operators and fleets. - [About](https://supertyme.com/about) - [Talk to sales](https://supertyme.com/contact): sales@supertyme.com
