Who we are

SuperTyme is the personal information controller for data collected on this website. For anything about your data, write to our data protection officer at privacy@supertyme.com.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we collect what you type into it:

• Your name, work email, and company
• Your mobile number, if you give it
• Your role, rough monthly volume, the product you’re interested in, and your message

Our servers also see your IP address when you use the site. We use it to stop abuse of the form and don’t store it with your request. We don’t run advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request and arrange a call. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We don’t sell your data or add you to a marketing list.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person. It processes technical data about your browser.
• Our email provider delivers your request to our sales inbox.
• Our hosting provider runs this website.

Some of these providers may process data outside the Philippines, under contracts that require them to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for up to 24 months after our last conversation with you, then delete it. If you become a customer, the terms of your contract apply instead.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, object to its use, withdraw consent, or have it deleted. Write to privacy@supertyme.com and we’ll respond. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, the form is protected against automated abuse, and requests go only to the people who answer them.
