Questions about Carrier
- When do carriers get paid?
- The payout to your bank or e-wallet starts when the consignee signs the ePOD. Some payouts wait for a check first, such as the first payout to a new account; the app shows the reason.
- Does it cost anything to join?
- No. Verification and bidding are free. A fee is taken from each completed job's payout; see Pricing.
- Does the driver app work without signal?
- Yes. Drivers record arrival, loading, delivery, and the ePOD offline. The phone keeps the steps in order with their original times and sends them when signal returns.
- Which documents does verification need?
- SEC or DTI and BIR registration for the company, and per truck the OR/CR, the LTFRB franchise or CPC where it applies, cargo insurance, and photos. You are reminded 30, 7, and 1 days before a document expires.

Send us a week of orders and we’ll plan it on your rates.
We’ll run it on your fleet plus Truck Connect capacity, then go through the plan with your dispatch team on a call.
