Circle Ride

Private ride-hailing for your company, school, or community: members book motorcycle and car rides only from drivers in the same circle, with a live map, chat, and voice calls. The fare stays between the two of them.

How a job moves through Circle Ride

  1. 01

    Open a circle

An admin creates the circle, sets who can join (an email domain, an ID list, or invitations) and the suggested rate per vehicle.

  2. 02

    Approve drivers

Members who want to drive submit a licence and the OR/CR. The admin approves them, and only approved drivers see requests.

  3. 03

    Book inside the circle

A member picks pick-up, drop-off, and motorcycle or car. Nearby approved drivers in the circle get the request.

  4. 04

    Ride and settle directly

Both sides see the live map, message and call in the app, and the rider pays the driver in cash or GCash at the end.

  • Closed circles: members join with a work or school email and an admin approves drivers
  • Motorcycle and car rides, on demand or scheduled for the shift change
  • Live map for rider and driver, with a trip link to share
  • In-app chat and voice calls over masked numbers
  • The circle sets a suggested rate; the fare is paid to the driver, never to SuperTyme
  • Admin console: members, drivers, trips, and incident reports

The same three screens, whether it is a motorcycle or a car.

Rider and driver apps for Android and iOS, plus an admin console on the web for the circle owner.

Questions about Circle Ride

What is Circle Ride?
Private ride-hailing software for a closed group. A company, school, or community opens a circle; its members book motorcycle or car rides from other members the admin has approved as drivers. SuperTyme provides the booking, the maps, live tracking, messaging, and voice calls.
Is this a public ride-hailing service?
No. Requests are visible only to approved drivers in the same circle, and nothing is offered to the public. The circle owner decides who can join and who may drive.
Does SuperTyme collect the fare?
No. The circle sets a suggested rate per vehicle type, both sides see it before the ride, and the rider pays the driver directly in cash or GCash. SuperTyme does not process, hold, or take a share of the fare.
Who can drive?
Any member the admin approves. Drivers submit a driver's licence and the vehicle's OR/CR in the app; SuperTyme checks that they are current, and the admin makes the final call.
How do rider and driver reach each other?
Through in-app chat and voice calls over masked numbers, so neither side sees the other's phone number. The rider can share a live trip link with a colleague or family member.
What does it cost?
The circle owner pays a monthly fee by number of members. Riders and drivers pay nothing to SuperTyme.

Send us a week of orders and we’ll plan it on your rates.

We’ll run it on your fleet plus Truck Connect capacity, then go through the plan with your dispatch team on a call.
