A delivery rider with an insulated box rides along a tree-lined avenue in Makati at golden hour

For restaurants, cloud kitchens, bakeries, and caterers

Keep your menu, your prices, and your customers. SuperTyme supplies verified motorcycle riders, a fee quoted before you book, a tracking link for the customer, and a photo at handover, from the app, your POS, or an AI agent.

Restaurants with their own website, app, or phone orders

Cloud kitchens running several brands from one address

Bakeries and cafes with morning pre-orders and office runs

Caterers and meal-prep with scheduled runs for the week

How an order moves through Food Delivery

  1. 01

    Send the order

Type the drop-off in the app, or let your POS, online store, or ordering bot create it through the API.

  2. 02

    Get the quote

The fee for the run shows before you confirm, whether it is one drop or several from the same kitchen.

  3. 03

    A rider picks up

The nearest verified rider accepts, arrives with an insulated bag, and your customer gets a tracking link.

  4. 04

    Hand over with proof

The rider photographs the handover. Your system hears every status change through signed webhooks.

A cook hands two paper bags of packed meals across a kitchen counter to a rider holding an open insulated bag

What every delivery comes with.

The same record from quote to handover, so your staff, your customer, and your systems all see one order.

  • Motorcycle riders only

Every rider carries an insulated bag and parks at the door, not a block away.

  • On demand or scheduled

Dispatch the moment the kitchen confirms, or book a pick-up time for pre-orders and catering.

  • Fee before you confirm

The quote comes back with the order. No surprise surcharge after the fact.

  • Multi-drop runs

Several orders from one kitchen on one rider, visited in the order you list them.

  • Customer tracking link

A read-only page with the rider's ETA and the handover photo once delivered.

  • Photo at handover

Proof on every order, attached to the record you and your customer can both see.

  • Free cancellation window

Cancel at no charge until a rider accepts, from the app or the API.

  • One monthly statement

Per-delivery charges settled by GCash, Maya, card, or bank transfer. No monthly fee.

Who shows up at your customer’s door.

Food runs are short, hot, and time-bound, so the service runs on motorcycles only. For pallets and bulk supply runs, Truck Connect books the truck.

Verified before the first job
Government ID, driver's licence, and motorcycle registration checked at onboarding, and again when they expire.
Insulated bag on every run
Checked at onboarding. Hot stays hot, cold stays cold, and drinks ride upright.
Calls through a masked number
Riders and customers reach each other without sharing phone numbers.
Rated by your customers
Every delivery can be rated from the tracking link, and the rating follows the rider.

API, SDK and MCP

Your POS can send a rider without anyone opening the app.

Food Delivery runs on the same public API as the app, so an order from your website, kiosk, or chat bot can be a booked rider by the time the kitchen prints the ticket.

01Read the docs
The REST reference, the TypeScript SDK, and the MCP server share one schema.
02Get a key
Ask sales for a business account. Keys are scoped to the actions your integration needs.
03Test in the sandbox
Sandbox keys book deliveries that no rider sees, with the same responses as production.
04Go live
Switch to a production key. Deliveries are billed to your monthly statement.

What the API can do

  • Quote in the response

The fee comes back with the request, so your checkout can show it before the customer pays.

  • Now or scheduled

Dispatch on confirmation, or set a pick-up time for pre-orders and catering.

  • Multi-drop runs

Several drop-offs from one kitchen in the order you list them.

  • Status webhooks

Signed events for assigned, picked_up, delivered, and cancelled.

  • Tracking link

A read-only page for your customer with the rider's ETA, never the rider's number.

  • Proof of delivery

A handover photo and timestamp on the order, for your records and any dispute.

  • Cancel in the window

Free to cancel until a rider accepts, through the app or the API.

  • MCP server

An AI agent can quote, book, and check orders with the same scopes as its key.

Questions about Food Delivery

Pricing is per delivery, quoted before you book, with no monthly fee. See pricing.

What is SuperTyme Food Delivery?
A third-party delivery service for food businesses in the Philippines. You keep your own menu and ordering channels; SuperTyme supplies verified motorcycle riders, a fee quote before each booking, customer tracking, and proof of delivery, all on one order record.
Why motorcycles only?
Food runs are short, hot, and time-bound. Motorcycles get through Metro Manila traffic and park at the door, and every rider carries an insulated bag. For bulk supply runs and pallets, use Truck Connect.
Can my POS or online store book riders on its own?
Yes. The same REST API the app uses creates a delivery from an order, returns the quote, and sends signed webhooks when a rider is assigned, picks up, delivers, or the order is cancelled. The TypeScript SDK and the MCP server give an AI agent the same access, limited to what its key allows.
Can one rider take several orders?
Yes. A multi-drop run lists the drop-offs in the order you want them visited, and the quote covers the whole run.
What does the customer see?
A read-only tracking link with the rider's ETA and the handover photo once delivered. It never shows the rider's number or exact position, and it stops working after the delivery.
How does a business pay?
Per delivery on a monthly statement of account, settled by GCash, Maya, card, or bank transfer. There is no monthly fee for the service itself.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, free of charge until a rider accepts it, from the app or through the API. After that the cancellation fee shown on the quote applies.
